The International English Centre runs courses for adults during every month of the year.

Summer English & Communicative Skills Course

In the summer months we offer the popular English and Communicative Skills Course, which you can join for between 2 and 10 weeks. This course attracts students from around the world, and gives you the opportunity to boost your English skills in a vibrant, friendly and safe university environment. As well as 20 hours tuition per week with our expert tutors, you will gain insights into Welsh and British culture, explore our stunning local area and venture further afield to cities like Cardiff or Liverpool as part of our free Summer Social Programme.

Target English

From September to May, we offer the Target English Course, which combines language enhancement with the development of academic skills. You can join for between 4 and 30 weeks, and participate fully in university life while you study. Target English enables you to work towards your language learning goals in friendly but demanding classes alongside students from around the world.
