How To Pay

You may pay in any of the following ways. Please quote the Invoice Number on all correspondence.


Please follow the link on your invoice once received. You will have the option of paying either the non-refundable deposit or the full tuition amount. If you prefer to pay the full course fee in one transaction, please select both amounts on the payment link.

Bank Transfer

Please email the bank receipt to us. If you wish, you can send both the deposit and the balance of fees in a single transfer. Bank charges and commission for both the sending bank (your bank) and the receiving bank (our bank) should be paid by the sender (you). Please check with your bank and account for these charges. Only the amount received in our bank will be credited to your invoice. The details you require are as follows:

Deposits & Fees

If your application is successful, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit for your course.  This deposit secures your place on the course and your accommodation (if you have requested accommodation).

All students must pay the full tuition and accommodation fee before starting their course, or on the first day of the course.

Cancellations & Withdrawals

Once received, deposits will only be refunded if your visa is refused.  You must send us evidence of this within two weeks of the date of your visa refusal.  Refunds will be issued only to the person who paid the fees.  A £150 administration fee will be charged.  However, if the reason for your visa refusal is that forged documents or false information were submitted, or that you failed to submit the required documents with your visa application, no refund will be given and the offer of study will be withdrawn.

All students must pay the full tuition fee before starting their course.  If you cancel or withdraw from your course, your deposit is non-refundable.

In addition:

If you withdraw from, or cancel, your course more that 28 days before the course starts, we will refund 50% of your course fee if you have paid in full.  Your deposit will not be refunded.

If you withdraw from, or cancel, your course less than 28 days before the course starts, no refund will be given.

Any refunds are made at the discretion of the University, whose decision is final.
