Medrus Conference Suite

A suite of five light and airy rooms, providing a professional but contemporary feel, together with full AV and flipcharts as standard. Our fully trained staff will host your meeting and provide all the facilities you need. Located at Penbryn, Penglais campus.

Aberystwyth Arts Centre

The Arts Centre can cater for events and conferences up to a capacity of 980 people. The cinema provides a perfect setting for a conference of up to 112 or for bigger events the theatre seats up to 295 people, and 980 in the Great Hall. Break-out rooms can be arranged, as can projection equipment, and catering.

Students Union

The Union building comprises of three rooms; each having their own unique facilities, ambience and dimensions, together with bar provision. The Union team have significant experience in organising and delivering a variety of projects from workshops and talent shows to staff parties and max-capacity music events.
